At KnuckleHead Tools Co, we work with multiple fulfillment partners and warehouses. Shipping times and origins can vary by product and the option you select at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships (when tracking is available).
Shipping Times & Origins
Many of our products ship from overseas warehouses (including China and other international locations) or from regional warehouses depending on the product and the shipping option selected.
Typical delivery estimates after processing:
International warehouse shipments: 7–25 business days
Regional/US warehouse options (when available): 5–12 business days
These are estimates only and can be affected by customs, carrier delays, or high order volume. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, shipping option selected, and destination. Some items may offer free or reduced shipping depending on the origin chosen.
International Orders
We ship to many countries. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are provided when available from the carrier. Some shipments (especially certain international ones) may have limited tracking until they reach your country.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window or tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the supplier/carrier and work toward a resolution (replacement or refund when appropriate).
